The location is ideal if you want to visit the island, because there is placed in a strategic point. And, due to its south orientation, you will enjoy a great weather all year round. I hope you have a pleasant stay. It is located on the first line. The sound of the sea is the most characteristic. The area is very quiet, you can only hear the sea and some birds that usually live on the palm trees in front of the terrace. It is ideal for families with children. If you travel with babies, you also have a playpen, highchair and children's accessories. has 2 rooms: the first has a double bed and the second 2 single beds. This 2 beds could be placed together forming a double bed too. The kitchen, the living room and the a bathroom are fully equipped. It has a terrace of 35 m2 with 2 areas. One is roofed by a wooden pergola and another is an open area where you can sunbathe all day because its orientation allows it from sunrise to sunset. As it is located on the south side of the island, you can enjoy a great time all year round. If you like sports, you have a TRX and a wheel at your disposal, so you can do exercise on the terrace facing the sea. Of course, it has wifi and air conditioning system. With respect to the location, the north is about 30 min (Puerto de la Cruz 35 km), the south is about 35 min (Playa de las Américas 55 km) and the capital, Santa Cruz, just 10 min (13 km). Also, is 20 minutes from the north airport and 40 minutes from the south airport. Has 1 private parking place. It is greatly appreciated in high seasons, because it increases the number of people who come to the coast to enjoy the sea, and therefore the number of cars parked in the area. In 5 minutes you can be in the small and sheltered beach of Radazul, where there is a small playground for the little ones who will enjoy playing in the sun. In the dock of Radazul there are companies that are dedicated to water activities, such as: Outings in kayak, paddle surf, diving, among others. Tabaiba Baja counts with a pharmacy, supermarket, public library, some restaurants and a diving school. The most comfortable idea is to rent a car to have absolute independence in terms of mobility.
